[vlc] Re: could'nt receive mpeg2 ts streams from arm7tdmi based kit

What do the vlc error messages say? And what network protocol are 
you using?

Run vlc from the command line with the '-vvv' argument i.e.
vlc.exe -vvv and send us the content of the message log.
