[vlc] Vlm telnet interface

Hi all,

I am using binary downloads 0.8.1 for Windows and Fedora Core 3. I run VLC
with telnet interface and can setup media and all plays well. However, I am
unable to loop a media. Even when I set loop, after the first playback there
is an instance but no playback. Please advise.
