[vlc] Re: HELP: vlc(vlm mode) don`t work with realplayer or window media player

According to the test I did, vlc's rtsp can be read by quicktime player, but
not real player or windows media player. Note that the other players cant
read each other's servers rtsp streams either, this is due to every brand
implementing rtsp in their own, incompatible way. So the only mainstream
player vlc can stream rtsp to is quicktime player. That's at least my
experience, I may of course be wrong :)

I use vlc for vod, but only vlc can use rtsp://
When I use relaplayer it dosn`t work. request is rtsp://10.0.0.21:554/Test
Test is setup as:
