[vlc] using vlc --intf rc

Hi I'm trying to run two instances of vlc on windows one of them
streams using mmsh the other just locally using vlc's display,  When I
run vlc --intf rc, it connects always to the first instance of vlc I
started with vlc.exe" --intf wxwin. If I try to open additional rc
interfaces, nothing happens.

How can I start different instances of vlc with rc, so that I can
control each independently.
