Apple H.264 Compatibility Report
This test used this build:
vlc-win32-200505030325.zip
QuickTime H.264/AVC/AAC .mov and .mp4 files play in this version of VLC.
However, like most other hinted files, these files will not stream from
Darwin Streaming Server correctly to VLC. There is no video, and the audio
skips.
