[vlc] vlc-mozilla-plugin

Hello,

I'm trying to use the vlc-mozilla-plugin of the 0.8.2. version
I want the plugin to switch the input source at pressing a button via
javascript:
       document.video1.stop();
	document.video1.clear_playlist();
	document.video1.add_item("udp:@230.0.104.1:2001");
	document.video1.play();
The browser (Mozilla/Firefox) crashes with the following error:
X Error of failed request:  BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)
  Major opcode of failed request:  12 (X_ConfigureWindow)
  Resource id in failed request:  0x3000004
  Serial number of failed request:  211835
  Current serial number in output stream:  211837

Does anybody what is happening?
