VLC 0.8.1 seems to work using tiger with me ;)

Could you please send more informations about the crash ? When does it
crash ? Is it with all media files or just one ?

Can you test with the nighty builds
(http://xserve.via.ecp.fr/~videolan/macosx/) to know if this bug is
already fixed in the nex version ?
