I am sory but, as far as I know, vlc does not support p2p streaming any form
or way, it supports multicasting and unicasting, but even if multicast can
be used to spread out the load, it still is a far away from the bandwith
sparring for servers that p2p streaming offers.

I ofcourse cant predict the future, but I don't think p2p streaming will be
implemented in vlc in the near future, you never know though.
