[vlc] ERROR.. IN VIDEO STREAMING USING A USB CAMERA

Hello, 
	May I ask post a question regarding the problem vlc streaming using a usb camera in windows. When I used command line syntax given on the site, errors would come in. The errors are about physical memory dump error. And the blue screen of death appears on my monitor. what should I do?
