[vlc] pc reboot when capturing tv card

Hello,

I am trying to stream from my tv card, but I can't reach that phase as
my pc just reboots when opening the tv card, capturing the signal from
it. it does not play anything, just after a second or two reboots.
last version of vlc, xp sp2, pII 350MHz, leadtek winfast xp2000 deluxe.
any idea?
