[vlc] Directshow Capture Device Broken in 0.8.2-test1

Directshow capture device worked for me until after the April 26 nightly
build and has not worked since then.
In the test version Directshow access to my capture device (PVR USB2)
does not work.  When I try to stream or play with any setting, no image
comes up, but instead my microphone is unmuted and I can hear my
micrphone outputting echoed sounds. Weird.

Capture Device: Hauppauge WinTV PVR Usb 2
OS: Windows XP SP2
