it works (with both old and recent hauppauge dvb-t cards)
an example command line :

./vlc --programs 1537,1538 -vvv --color --ttl 12 dvb:// --dvb-frequency=562166000 --dvb-adapter=2 --dvb-bandwidth=8 --dvb-budget-mode --sout '#duplicate{dst=standard{mux=ts,access=udp,url=239.255.2.60,sap,name="[TNT] TF1",group="TNT"},select="program=1537",dst=standard{mux=ts,access=udp,url=239.255.2.61,sap,name="[TNT]NRJ12",group="TNT"},select="program=1538"}'
