[vlc] Transcoding from VLM

Hi Im trying to do something like this from vlm:

new channel1 broadcast enabled

setup channel1 input udp://@:1235

setup channel1 output #transcode{vcodec=WMV1,vb=192,scale=1}:
duplicate{dst=std{access=mmsh,mux=asfh,url=:1234}}

control channel1 play


How would I go about getting a udp feed converting it to mmsh and then
broadcasting it out. I want to broadcast from many sources, so
something like the vlm is perfect. Thanks for your help in advance.
