[vlc] Be assigned to VLC media player OSX.

To a VideoLAN Club team

I use VLC media player from the past.
This is a very convenient reproduction record player.
Thank you for an offer.

However, a problem occurred to and I used Mac OSX OS 10.4 when I  
updated it.
I did not test it in all animations, but MPEG file sound was not played.
With Mac OS 10.3.9, it is played.
I examine it if possible and want to ask for improvement.
