As said in http://videolan/vlc/download-macosx.html, there is not, and
there will never be, a version for Mac OS 9.

That is because OS 9 is too different from common Unix programming, and
porting VLC media player to this OS would require too much work.

So, we prefer to focus our efforts on other OS...
