I don't believe I understand the question as I am brainless.

If you mean distribution, my answer is Mandriva Linux.

If you mean VLC, it's the ones on the wepage: 

      -the star of the show, libdvdcss(it says 2, but I use one; can't
find libdvdcss2)
      -libdvdplay0
      -wxvlc
      -vlc-plugin-a52
      -vlc-plugin-ogg
      -vlc-plugin-mad
