[vlc] no sout mux module matched "ts

I just built vlc 0.8.1 on a Suse 9 system with a PVR-350.

When I try to stream

vlc -vvv pvr:/dev/video0  --sout udp:224.1.2.6:3000

I end up with

[00000058] main module debug: using sout access module
"access_output_udp"
[00000396] stream_out_standard private debug: access opened
[00000402] main private debug: looking for sout mux module
[00000402] main private debug: probing 0 candidates
[00000402] main private error: no sout mux module matched "ts"
[00000396] stream_out_standard private error: no suitable sout mux
module for `udp/ts://224.1.2.6:3000'

What am I missing?
