Greetings!
       I was waiting, and waiting until somebody port old default skin to
skins2... Well yesterday I decided to upgrade vlc to current version, so I
needed to port my favourite skin... There are still some issues with text
alignement - but there is a hope:

 I renamed the skin to "karibu" but we can change it...
This is a first version if I refine it - I will post it to you again.
