[vlc] watching TV : v4l demuxer error

Hi,

I'm trying to watch TV with vlc. 
I have a WinTV card with bttv drivers installed on a FC3 computer.

when I put : 
 
vlc -vvv --color 
v4l:/dev/video0:norm=secam:frequency=543250:size=640x480:channel=0:adev=/dev/dsp:audio=0
--sout 
'#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mpga,vb=3000,ab=256,venc=ffmpeg{keyint=80,hurry-up,vt=800000},deinterlace}:standard{access=udp,mux=ts,url=localhost}'

I always get this error : 
"v4l demuxer error: failed syncing new frame
v4l demuxer error: failed syncing new frame
v4l demuxer error: failed capturing new frame
v4l demuxer error: failed capturing new frame"

What sould I do ? 
Anyone knows, please ...
