[vlc] x264

Hi guys,

I have a question concerning the use of  x264. I'm trying to encode a raw
AVI file (created with Virtualdub). Now I always get the error "DIB " not
supported! Now DIB is the fourcc for uncompressed RGB24. I presume x264
supports this in an avi container so it is probably just a problem with the
fourcc.
Can I change the fourcc to a value so it is accepted and recognized by x264?
Or how can I encode raw rgb24 in avi's with x264?
