[vlc] Can't create packetizer output

Hello,

I've got a problem while trying to broadcast from my tv card. The  
command I use is :

     vlc -vvv --color v4l:/dev/video0:norm=pal:channel=1:adev=/dev/ 
dsp:audio=1 --sout '#std{access=udp,mux=ts,url=239.255.12.13}'

And I've got the error :
     [00000266] main private debug: adding a new input
     [00000266] mux_ts private debug: adding input codec=I422 pid=68
     [00000266] main private error: cannot add this stream
     [00000269] main packetizer error: cannot create packetizer output

Can anyone help me with this?
