vlc --help

      --iface-addr <string>      Network interface address
          If you have several interfaces on your
          machine and use the multicast solution, you
          will probably have to indicate the IP address
          of your multicasting interface here.

      --miface-addr <string>     Multicast output interface
          Indicate here the multicast output interface.
          This overrides the routing table.

with the GUI:

Settings -> Preferences -> input/codecs -> advanced ... "network interface 
address"
and
Settings -> Preferences -> input/codecs -> advanced -> ipv4 ... "multicast 
output"
