[vlc] MPEG4 and qpel

Hi list,
I'm trying to transcode a MPEG2 sequence to MPEG4 using quartel pel for 
motion estimation. This transcoding process must be done in real time 
because I need to streaming the transcoded sequence. My problem is that I 
don't know how to indicate the ffmpeg codec that use the quarter pel option 
(I have use ffmpeg codec without vlc and it's possible to use the 
flag -qpel).
