[vlc] Sharing information between http interface instances.

Hi,

Is there a good method for different instances of the http interface to
communicate
with each other? It would be nice if one could define variables on the
server which
are global for all instances but I looked in the documentation and this
does not seem to
be possible.  

Is there another way?
