[vlc] vlc 0.8.4a on openbsd

Hi,

I had tried to compile 0.8.5 on OpenBSD without any success.
I found there is VLC 0.8.4ap3 ported in OpenBSD 3.9 and I installed
the package.

Do anyone know how to run the VLC in the web browser and it
displayed the video unicast from VLC streaming video in Windows.
