First, you should write in a new thread because this email has nothing
to do (AFAIK)with the subject...
Then, it seems your keyboard is broken, especially the Caps Lock key.
You should try to use another one (when I saw your email, I though it
was spam...).
Finally, I suggest you to read the note about Window 95/98/Me on
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html:
"You might need to download The Microsoft Layer for Unicode on Windows
95/98/Me Systems". That should guide you to download unicow.exe at:
