[vlc] Disable right click menu's in WXWIDGETS interface

Hi, I'm trying to make a very simple cut-down interface for my users. 
I'd like to disable most of the right-click accessed menus and instead 
provide the most common ones in a custom skin.
So far I've been looking at modules\gui\wxwidgets\menus.cpp.

Could anyone give a few points on how to remove specific menu's for 
example the Miscellaneous menu tree and how if possible to just disable 
the right-click menu option?
