[vlc] VLC 0.86 - DVD Chapter Timings out ?

I've tried quite a few DVD's now and I've noticed the chapter timings are 
out.

e.g
UK PAL The Davinci Code

- VLC says chapter two starts at 06:12, but other players and also the 
output of LSDVD say its 06:19.

Some DVD's are out by a greater amount.

Any ideas
