[vlc] flash movie

Hi all,

can anybody tell me how I can encode a file to flash (*.flv) movie?

This is the command i tried

:sout=#transcode{vcodec=FLV1,vb=1024,scale=1}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=????,url="E:\est.flv"}}

What is the correct muxer I should use?
