Well, there is a win32 codecs binary loader in VLC's trunk, but this is
defenitely the kind of things that won't make its way in debian... So
you'll need to recompile a vlc package, I'm afraid. Also, this feature
is not in 0.8.1, You'll have to use a more recent source.
