This is my first post here, and I'm a recent subscriber, so please,
don't flame if my problem is already solved or anything. I did google
before posting.
Here is my problem : I have a svn built vlc, which used to work
perfectly, but since my last svn build (two days ago), it segfaults.
Here is the output of the vlc -vvv
VLC media player 0.8.5-svn Janus
[00000001] main vlc debug: opening config file /home/username/.vlc/vlcrc

As normally, browsing the plugins comes right after browsing vlc, I
guess it's one of my recently recompiled libraries which is faulty, but
is there a way to determine which one, apart from uninstalling them one
by one and recompiling each time vlc ?
Oh, my uname -a is
Linux Portable 2.6.12-10-amd64-xeon #1 SMP Mon Jan 16 17:37:08 UTC 2006
x86_64 GNU/Linux
and this is on Ubuntu 5.10 with backports.
Thanks in advance
