[vlc] vlc text file for error mesages

Hello,
I am running vlc on Suse Linux 9.2
I can play various video files locally. The play well.
But when I try to receive a file from a lan network which I am streaming
at a UDP ip and port, I get this message in the Message window and the
stream does not play at all:
