[vlc] Compiling VL|C for PPC + Windows Mobile OS

Hi,

Could you suggest me, how can I compile this source
code for PocketPC(intel Xscale) running on Windows
Mobile5.0 OS?

I want to play files throug streaming(H.264/H.263 +
AAC+) on PPC.

If you can give me any idea, how can I go about it. It
wll be great!.
