[vlc] WinCE version vlc on PPC

Hi,
I have downloaded PPC/WinCE version binary on
PocketPC(Windows Mobile 5.0). I can play local file
from PPC.
I am trying to play .3GP files trhough rtsp streaming,
it's not working. 
Do I need any extra libraries to be installed on PPC?
Does vlc player has everything required for the
streaming?
