[vlc] Streaks on MPEG2 stream

Hello,

I've a server which stream DVB-T in MPEG2 without transcoding in HTTP with
VLC.
On a Debian client the image is perfect but on a Gentoo with same versions
of libmpeg2, libdvbpsi and vlc, I have streaks on screen.

Do you know which is the problem ?
