[vlc] Re: VideoLAN for RTSP

Try changing the application that handles MP4 files.

In Firefox, go to Tools->Options->Downloads->View&Edit Actions
choose MP4 for the extension and click on 'Change Action'.
Change from whatever it is to vlc and see if this changes the
behavior.
