[vlc] Making VLC more accessible to the blind

To the developers of VLC. Can you at least label the graphics?
That is at least the buttons on the main user interface. See
when my screen reader goes to these buttons all I hear is
"graphic" and not what the button name. This is simple to fix.
Label each button with text. Alternate text. This will not
affect sighted computer users as they will not notice any screen
gui changes. The screen reader I use here is JAWS 7.0 from
Freedom Scientific.

What is this Ncurses material I read in your documenttation?

I can play DVDs with no issues. The menu bar is very helpful for
some things.
