[vlc] Stream UDP to WMP9

Is there a way to send a UDP video stream to be read
by WMP9? I am streaming via vlc as follows:

vlc voodoo.asf --sout
'#transcode{vcodec=mp2v,vb=1024,scale=1}:std{access=udp,mux=ts,url=172.16.3.21}'

What url do I give WMP9 to open? I have successfully streamed
via div3 codec, mmsh access and asfh mux but mmsh is TCP and I
want UDP packets on my network. Is there a way to get WMP9
to accept the UDP packets and play them?
