Thanks so much,

I solved my problem, :)

audio/video capture card is "Osprey-210"
sound card : integrated AC '97 Audio

I used VLC and Window XP.
The source of VLC was from DirectShow with video input "Osprey-210
Video Device1" and audio input "Osprey-210 Audio Device1". When VLC
start streaming, VLC experienced memory leak.

I changed the audio source of VLC from "Osprey-210 Audio Device1" to
"SoundMAX Digital Audio" and then VLC hasn't experienced memory leak
until now.
"SoundMAX Digital Audio" uses Line-in input of Sound Card.

I don't know the exact cause of memory leak when vlc are streaming audio/video.
I carefully guess that the cause might be the driver of "Osprey-210"
about audio. It doesn't looks working well with vlc.
