[vlc] playing badly mastered DVDs in Windows

hello,

i happened to burn a few DVD movies and forgot to set dvd-compat flag
- thus they are not playable in a hw dvd player. linux version of vlc
as well as powerDVD in windows however plays them fine. that does not
apply to win32 vlc -  the disc is incorrectly identified as an
audioCD.

any ideas? please note that i do not intend to re-master the DVDs.
