[vlc] ffmpeg codec + dvd subtitles

hello,

is it possible to play dvdsimple:// media via ffmpeg codec together w/
dvd subtitles? i can play dvd movie using ffmpeg codec using --codec
ffmpeg (i need it because of --ffmpeg-lowres option for my older
notebook) but then the subtitles are not visible any more.
