[vlc] VLC 0.8.5 cannot install on Win 98

hello..

I have a mini network with multiple operating system, operating system that
use on my network is Linux (for server), and WinXP Home, Win98 is the
client, vlc 0.8.5 is good for WinXP but not for Win98 (error when
installing).
So, is vlc support for Win98 or yet?
