VLC and the SAP listener support IPv6. Live555 does not. When passing an 
SDP through a file, I believe VLC uses Live555.

Last time I checked, I very quickly got discouraged at fixing Live555, 
given it pretty almost assumes IPv4 in one line of code out of three. 
Either someone fixes Live555 (not me), or writes another plugin to use 
an alternative library (not me either).
