[vlc] Question about VLC streaming in Network

Dear Mr/Miss 

I'm Poh Meng from MG-SC, would like to ask about VLS. I try to build a video 
streaming in my network but not sure what should i do. I had download and 
install VLC in my Windows Server 2003 but it like a normal player that can 
play video. 

I try to build a server that stored all my video file and user can view it 
in their desktop. Is there possible can be done with VLC? What is the 
components and steps that should i do?
