[vlc] LATM switch

Hai,

When transcoding to MP4A-LATM the switch  --sout-rtp-mp4a-latm is needed.
When I look into the sourcecode I think the following should work
'acodec=mp4a-latm' but it doesn't. Would'nt it be easier to use mp4a-latm?
When I want to duplicate the stream in a regular MP4A and one MP4A-LATM
version I'm unable to do so with the --sout-rtp-mp4a-latm switch.
