[vlc] MPEG4 support

HI All,

 

I found VLC supports MPEG4 on feature list page of website.

But I am not able to play or stream mpeg4 files using VLC which I installed
on WinXP with binary. 

When I stream MPEG4 stream using Live then VLC can play that stream.

I compiled VLC for linux with FFMPEG, but it is also not playing mpeg4.

This is really confusing.

Does it support MPEG4 streaming and playback?
