Hi,

Just to confirm with you, when you mentioned about linux tools, does it include cygwin as the linux simulation environment?

You do not mean running the entire process on linux, right? Just check to make sure I have the right tools.

It's better to use the Linux Tool
however you can use the EVC+ but you have to rebuild your own project 
because it's no more supported

It's not so complicate
