Very easy www.gnu.org as the source 
And then you have to set the Host and the targer 
To recompile your gcc 

Personnaly I recompile a gcc for Arm Wince under a solaris workstation ;)
Keep in mind that you will have to add some basic library which are not
provided 
With gcc
