[vlc] network support ...

Hi,
I have compiled the arm/wince tool chain for the VLC.
It looks like doesn't have network related
componenets.
While compiling ffmpeg, I see nota able to find
"socket.h" file.

Could any one suggest, how to add network support to
arm/wince?

or Am I missing anything in the existing tool cahin
got from VLC site?
