[vlc] compile config for MJPEG streaming

Hi,

I like to use VLC for  decode MJPEG streaming on my framebuffer.
I'm new in this project and I'm trying to cross_compile it for my PPC 
hardware.
What configuration options I have to enable?
I try to configure it but my make fault with unresolved external of
AddMD5, EndMD5..., and EnsureUTF8.
What features I forget?
